“Hi. My name is Grace. I am a registered nutritional therapist with a particular interested in women's health and digestive wellness. I trained to be a nutritional therapist after I felt let down by my own health. I felt like my body was talking a different language, one that I didn’t understand.
I am now trained to examine and decipher what the symptoms that we might be experiencing are saying and therefore how to best respond with food and lifestyle changes. Everyday changes have the power to enable optimal health.
I offer you informed guidance at every step because feeling better is within your reach.”
